Repeat Prescriptions

We are not able to take requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone.

You may order your repeat prescriptions

By post using the tear-off portion on the right hand side of your previous prescription and ticking the medication you require
By bringing the tear-off portion on the right hand side and ticking the medication you require
By completing a prescription request form (available at reception) and handing it to a receptionist
By writing to us clearly stating the repeat medication that you require if you enclose a prepaid envelope, we will return your prescription to you
By faxing your request to the clinic on 020 7587 5296
By using a new online ordering facility – details on how to register for online repeat prescription ordering and online appointment booking can be obtained from the following leaflet. To register for online repeat prescription requests you will first need to visit the surgery to confirm your details and you will then be given instruction on how to access the service.

We will continue to offer the telephone service to our housebound patients.
